Refund Policy
Plants for Sale
Due to the nature of living plants, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If your plant arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assess the issue.
Plant Hire Services
Refunds for plant hire services are assessed on a case-by-case basis and in line with the agreed service contract.
Once plant hire services have commenced, refunds are generally not provided unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
